2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your shipping and payment details.

4. Confirm your order, and you`re done! You`ll receive an email confirmation shortly.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

* Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

* UPI Payments

* Net Banking

* Wallet Payments


3. Can I change or cancel my order?

* Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

* Please email us immediately at frenzzyfinds@gmail.com with your order details.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


5. What is your return and refund policy?

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹50.


7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at frenzzyfinds@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Attach photos of the damage for a quick resolution.


8. How long does delivery take?

* Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.

* Express Delivery: 2-3 business days.

(Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.)


9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We hope to expand internationally soon!
