Returns:

* You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

* Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

* Items on sale or clearance.

* Personalized or customized products.

* Perishable goods, including food and flowers.

* Health and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, masks, or personal care items).

Refunds:

* Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

* If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at frenzzyfinds@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Shipping Returns:

* To return your product, mail it to the address provided in your confirmation email.

* You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

* If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
